COMPETITION RULES
“PAY FOR PURCHASES WITH A SAVED VISA CARD AND WIN LUXURY PRIZES”
These rules ("rules") are continuously available throughout the competition at the internet address https://www.rohlik.click/tema/visa-kviff-soutez-26-pravidla and constitute the only binding document in relation to consumers governing the competition rules. These rules may only be amended by written addenda to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or a shortened version of these rules provided in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of this competition.
COMPETITION ORGANIZER
The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Karolinská 654/2, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, ID No.: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 ("organizer"), operator of the e-shop rohlik.click.
PLACE AND TIME OF THE COMPETITION
The competition will take place in the Czech Republic at the internet address www.rohlik.click ("competition website") during the following four competition periods:
from June 1, 2026, 00:00:00 to June 7, 2026, 23:59:59 ("first competition period");
from June 8, 2026, 00:00:00 to June 14, 2026, 23:59:59 ("second competition period");
from June 15, 2026, 00:00:00 to June 21, 2026, 23:59:59 ("third competition period"); and
from June 22, 2026, 00:00:00 to June 28, 2026, 23:59:59 ("fourth competition period"),
(collectively "competition periods").
The decisive moment for assessing whether a customer has met the conditions for inclusion in the competition in a specific competition period is the moment of sending a binding order for goods made through the rohlik.click e-shop, which subsequently (i.e., even after the expiry of the competition period) was not returned by the customer (as a whole), or for which the buyer did not withdraw from the purchase agreement. To avoid any doubt, it is stipulated that the legitimate claim of goods does not constitute an obstacle to participation in the competition.
COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS
Any natural person who has a valid customer account established on the rohlik.click e-shop in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the rohlik.click e-shop, and who fulfills the conditions for participation in the competition set out in these rules ("competitor"), becomes a participant in the competition. Given the possibility of purchasing goods on the rohlik.click e-shop only after prior registration, one customer account maintained on the rohlik.click e-shop is considered one competitor.
All competitors who do not properly fulfill the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with these rules at the time of the competition and the related drawing and determination of winners will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer, persons personally and financially connected with the organizer, or who are in a relationship of close persons to such persons within the meaning of Section 22, Paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participation in the competition. In the event that such an excluded person becomes a winner, the prize will not be handed over to them and will be forfeited to the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those competitors whose competitive behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or for whom there is other reasonable suspicion of abusing the competition, circumventing these rules in violation of the rules or purpose of this competition, or violating the General Terms and Conditions of the rohlik.click e-shop. The organizer reserves the right at any time, at its discretion, to assess the fulfillment of the stipulated competition conditions by individual competitors and to exclude from the competition, at its discretion, competitors who do not meet the conditions stated in these rules. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude from the competition competitors against whom it records unpaid receivables arising from their previous contractual relationships.
PRIZES
In total, prizes of the following type, number, and limitations are included in the competition:

16 x Credits for purchases on the rohlik.click e-shop worth 10,000 CZK
16 x Credits for purchases on the rohlik.click e-shop worth 5,000 CZK

where in each competition period, the above-mentioned prizes are included in the competition in the following numbers: 1 x Voucher for accommodation at Hotel Thermal worth 80,000 CZK, 10 x Cinema City vouchers worth 987 CZK, 4 x Credits for purchases on the rohlik.click e-shop worth 10,000 CZK, and 4 x Credits for purchases on the rohlik.click e-shop worth 5,000 CZK.
HOW TO VALIDLY PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION?
Participation in the competition for each individual competition period is conditioned by placing an order for goods on the rohlik.click e-shop ("competition purchase"), and it applies that for inclusion in the prize draw in a specific competition period, the competitor must make at least one competition purchase in that competition period, which will be paid for by online payment via a Visa or Visa Electron payment card saved in the competitor's customer account for further purchases. To avoid all doubts, the organizer stipulates that for a competitor's valid participation in the competition, it is necessary that the used Visa or Visa Electron payment card is also saved in the competitor's customer account for further purchases at the time of the draw and determination of winners, which relate to the given competition period in which the competitor participates.
In the event that the competitor reorders goods within one order, even before the actual delivery of this order, the competition purchase is considered to be the cumulative, actually delivered purchase including all reorders.
Inclusion in the competition occurs automatically upon fulfillment of the above-mentioned conditions for participation in the competition (i.e., a binding order, payment of the order with a saved Visa or Visa Electron payment card, and receipt of the competition purchase). Every competitor who fulfills the conditions for participation in the competition set out in these rules will be automatically included in the prize draw; however, they are not obliged to take any action or otherwise actively participate in the competition in case of a win.
Each competitor can be included in the draw multiple times in each competition period, according to the number of competition purchases they make in the individual competition periods. The more competition purchases a competitor makes in one competition period, the more chances they have to win in that competition period. If a competitor wins a prize in one of the competition periods, this fact does not prevent their inclusion in the draw in subsequent competition periods. If a competitor who has already won one prize in the same competition period is drawn in that competition period, the second drawn prize will not be considered, and a new competitor will be drawn for it.
The draw will take place within ten (10) working days after the end of each competition period. The winners will be drawn using a random number generator. The draw will take place physically at a location designated by the organizer, will be non-public, and a record will be made of it. In the event that an insufficient number of competitors participate in the competition or an insufficient number of competitors meet the conditions for winning prizes (and thus some or all of the prizes entered into the competition cannot be awarded), or if any of the winners refuse to accept a prize, the undistributed prizes will be forfeited to the organizer, who is entitled to decide on their further use.
DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
The determination of winners for individual prizes for each competition period will take place within ten (10) working days from the draw.
In the event that the competitor has refused to receive commercial communications, the winner will be contacted by the organizer via email, by sending them an operational message with information about the drawn prize and a request to contact the organizer if they wish to claim the prize.
In the event that the competitor has not refused to receive commercial communications, the winner will be contacted by email at the email address associated with their customer account on the rohlik.click e-shop, or by calling or sending an SMS message to the phone number the competitor provided in their customer account on the rohlik.click e-shop.
Prizes in the form of credits for purchases on the rohlik.click e-shop will be handed over to the winners by automatically crediting them to the customer account from which the winning competition purchase was made. The competitor must express interest in claiming other prizes to the organizer within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the competitor was contacted by the organizer regarding the win. If they fail to do so, the prize will not be handed over to them and will be forfeited to the organizer, who is entitled to decide on its further use.
The prize in the competition may also be handed over to the winner in person, at the organizer's discretion, or a personal meeting between the organizer and the winner may take place, at a time and place communicated by the organizer, unless the organizer and the winner agree otherwise.
The organizer reserves the right to change, limit, postpone, or interrupt the rules of this competition or its implementation, including its validity period, or to terminate the competition at any time during the entire competition period. Such a fact will be immediately announced to competitors on the competition website. The organizer is entitled to check the fulfillment of all conditions for participation in the competition and, in case of dispute, to make a final decision on any matter related to the competition. Any objections to the course of the competition must be sent by the competitor to the organizer within five (5) working days from the end of the given competition period in writing to the address of the organizer's registered office. Later objections will not be taken into account. The organizer is not responsible for any damages incurred by winners (competitors) or third parties in connection with participation in the competition or the realization of prizes.
If the winner has confirmed interest in claiming the prize, the organizer is entitled to freely disseminate the winner's name, first initial of their surname, and city of residence used during participation in the competition.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The processing of personal data in connection with this competition is governed by our Privacy Policy.
INCOME TAX FROM THE COMPETITION
The competitor acknowledges that prizes exceeding the amount of 50,000 CZK (incl. VAT) are subject to taxation in accordance with Section 10, Paragraph 3, Letter a) of Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on Income Taxes, as amended, and it is necessary to deduct tax from them collected by withholding according to a special tax rate (so-called withholding tax). The withholding tax will be paid by the competition organizer at its own expense in accordance with legal regulations. The winner will receive the full advertised value of the prize without any deductions.
FINAL PROVISIONS
The competition is organized and conducted under Czech law, and any disputes related to the competition will be resolved exclusively before the courts of the Czech Republic.
By confirming interest in claiming the prize, the competitor also confirms that they meet the conditions for participation in the competition set out in these rules.
Payment of monetary compensation instead of the prize is not possible. The competitor is not entitled to demand an exchange of the prize or specification of prize parameters.
The organizer is also not responsible for any damage that the competitor may suffer in connection with their participation in the competition or with the use of the acquired prize.
Unless otherwise specified by the organizer or these rules, all announcements about the competition, its course, and changes will be made through the competition website.
The organizer is not responsible for the temporary unavailability of the competition website caused by objective circumstances, especially a faulty internet connection or other technical outage.
The body authorized for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes arising in connection with the participation of a competitor, who is a natural person – consumer, in this competition is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, on whose website (www.coi.cz) the competitor will find, among other things, information on the method and conditions of out-of-court dispute resolution, as this procedure can only be initiated based on the competitor's proposal and after they fail to resolve the dispute directly with the organizer. The form for initiating out-of-court consumer dispute resolution proceedings is available on the website of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
The out-of-court dispute resolution procedure is not mediation according to Act No. 202/2012 Coll., on mediation, nor arbitration proceedings according to Act No. 216/1994 Coll., on arbitration proceedings and enforcement of arbitral awards, as amended, and its use does not affect the competitor's right to turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority or a court with their claim.
