Preparation method

Put the cream cheese and curd cheese in a smaller bowl and mix. Finely chop the green part of the spring onions and add them to the bowl with the curd and cheese. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Next, finely chop the chives and finely chop the walnuts with a knife or in a food processor. Put both in a deep plate and mix.

Finally, shape the cheese mixture in the bowl into a ball with your hands and roll it in the mixture of chives and walnuts. Leave to rest in the fridge (for about 30–60 minutes) and you can serve.

Chef's tip

Instead of spring onion, you can use fresh parsley.
