- 150 g wholemeal rye flour
- 50 g butter
- 50 ml water
INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING
- 800 g frozen spinach (leaf)
- 170 g onion
- 40 g ghee
- 2 cloves garlic
- 180 g sour cream
- Salt
- 100 g Gouda

From the crust ingredients, create a dough, press it into a mold, prick it with a fork, and pre-bake the crust in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 7 minutes.

Sauté the onion in ghee, add spinach and crushed garlic. Simmer until softened and let the water evaporate.

Finally, add sour cream and grated or diced cheese. Place on the crust and bake for another 50 minutes at 180 °C.
