Preparation method

Melt the butter in a pan, add the oats, sugar, and almonds. Stir for 3–4 minutes until a crunchy, fragrant crumble forms. Set aside.

In the same pan, add the cherries, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Sauté for 3–4 minutes as well, so they release some juice but do not fall apart.

Whisk the mascarpone with the yogurt, the remaining vanilla, a tablespoon of honey, and lemon juice.
