Hot dog with cheddar and tomato salsa

Start by preparing the tomato salsa. Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces, and finely chop the onion, pickled cucumber, and jalapeños. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper, and add finely chopped coriander, keeping a few leaves aside for garnish.

Cut open the hot dog buns and fill them with finely grated cheddar.

Heat up an outdoor or contact grill and grill the sausages. Place the cheese-filled buns on a cooler part of the grill to lightly toast them and melt the cheese.
