Lahodné čerstvé gnocchi s jemným krémem z pečených červených paprik, zjemněným mascarpone a parmazánem, doplněné dozlatova opečenou salsicciou a čerstvou bazalkou.

Preparation method

Fry the whole peppers quickly in oil, let them steam under foil, and peel them.

Sauté the onion, celery stalks, thyme, lovage, and basil in butter.

Pour the cream over the golden onion, season with salt and pepper, add the peeled peppers, and simmer gently for about 20 minutes.
