Preparation method
Divide the ground meat into 4 equal portions and press them onto individual tortillas, making sure the layer of meat is evenly thick across the entire surface of the tortilla.
Heat a pan and once hot, pour oil into it. Let it heat for a few seconds and add the tortilla with the meat layer facing down, so the meat is directly on the pan. Cook over medium heat for several minutes until the meat is completely cooked through.
Once cooked, flip the tortilla with a spatula, reduce the heat, and add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the meat. Cook for a few more minutes until the cheese melts and the tortilla is toasted and golden. Continue with the remaining pieces.
