Description
Among the various types of macaroni, the ancestors of pasta with their characteristic hollow shape, Sedani Rigati are among the best known and most popular. This slightly curved shape has its roots in Naples, where it was originally known as “elephant teeth” – in a smooth version without ridges. The addition of a thin ridge then gave them their new name. Barilla Sedani Rigati stand out for their elegant shape and fine surface ridges, which capture sauce beautifully.
Barilla has been producing wheat flour for pasta for over 130 years. It selects only durum wheat and carefully monitors every step of the production process to ensure the pasta retains the right texture even after cooking. rohlik. rohlik. cz/uploads/images/K%C3%A1ja/Sedani%20Rigati. jpeg" width="650" loading="lazy">
