Svěží a lehká tuňáková pomazánka s okurkou, cottage sýrem a jarní cibulkou. Ideální rychlá svačina nebo lehká večeře plná bílkovin.

- 1 spring onion
- 100 g cucumber
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 160 g tuna in its own juice
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper

Finely chop the spring onion. Also finely chop the cucumber.

Put the cottage cheese, tuna, and capers into a blender and blend until smooth. Then stir the finely chopped onion and cucumber into the blended mixture, drizzle with lemon juice, and finally season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the finished spread with wholemeal bread, store in the fridge, and consume within 3 days.
