Preparation method

In a bowl, mix curry powder, salt, cardamom, cloves, coriander, and cinnamon. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix 500 ml of water and coconut milk. Set aside.

Break cauliflower and broccoli into small florets. Set aside. Roughly chop both types of onion. Set aside.

Serve with steamed rice or bread.
