Rychlé a zdravé mini pizzy z ovesných vloček, které si zamiluje celá rodina. Skvělá fitness alternativa klasické pizzy bez kynutí a zbytečných kalorií.

- 200 g oat flakes
- 4 pcs egg whites
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 100 g reduced-sugar ketchup or sweetened with stevia
- 100 g turkey ham
- 100 g mozzarella

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Mix the oat flakes with egg whites, two tablespoons of water, salt, and thyme. Shape into 8 rounds about 5 mm thick on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5 minutes at 190–200 °C.

Remove the baking sheet, spread with ketchup, add finely chopped ham and mozzarella, return to the oven, and bake for another 15–18 minutes.
