  • 1 tsp matcha tea
  • 1 egg
  • 180 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of powdered stevia

Sift the buckwheat flour together with the matcha tea into a bowl.

Add the cocoa, egg, milk, and stevia, and whisk into a smooth batter.

Pour the batter onto a non-stick pan and cook for about 1–2 minutes on each side.
