Preparation method

Thoroughly scrape the salmon skin and fry it dry in a pan on both sides until crispy. Dry it on kitchen paper and cut into strips.

Halve the nori seaweed and place it on a mat wrapped in cling film, shiny side down.

With moistened fingers, spread 110 g of cooked rice over the entire surface and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
