Vynikající a zdravé čočkové karbanátky, které si zamiluje celá rodina. Jsou bohaté na bílkoviny a vlákninu díky červené čočce, mletým mandlím a ovesným vločkám. Podávané v celozrnné bulce s lahodným hummusovým dresinkem a čerstvým polníčkem tvoří dokonalý a vyvážený burger.

Rinse the red lentils and cook until soft according to the package instructions (approx. 15 minutes). Then let them drain and cool.

In a large bowl, mix the cooked lentils, ground almonds, ground oats, yellow mustard, and egg. Season the mixture with sea salt and ground black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly to form a cohesive mixture.

Shape the mixture into patties with your hands (approx. 6 pcs). Bake them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
