- 300 ml soy drink
- 160 g wholemeal rye flour
- 30 g Dutch cocoa powder
- 10 g chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 50 g dark chocolate 85%

Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Pour in the soy drink and gradually add the other ingredients: wholemeal rye flour, Dutch cocoa powder, chia seeds, honey, baking powder, and ground cinnamon. Finally, add the dark chocolate melted over a water bath and mix everything thoroughly.

Pour the finished batter into a waffle maker and bake for 3–4 minutes (depending on the type of waffle maker).
