Preheat the oven to 190 °C. First, prepare the batter for the fish: chop the basil, parsley, and thyme, and mix the chopped herbs with one tablespoon of olive oil, rice flour, and corn breadcrumbs.
Cut the cod into wider strips, coat them first in plain yogurt and then in the prepared batter.
Place the coated fish strips on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the cod for 18 minutes at 180–190 °C until crispy.
