Tradiční poctivý hovězí guláš z kližky, pomalu dušený s cibulí a provoněný majoránkou a česnekem.

Preparation method

Cut the meat into cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil and 1 tablespoon of clarified butter in a pot.

Add the chopped meat and sauté it for about 5 minutes over medium heat until golden brown.

Add 2 finely chopped onions and fry them quickly for 3–4 minutes.
