Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Wash the head of cauliflower, trim off any dirt and imperfections, and dry thoroughly.

In a bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of ground sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and ½ teaspoon of salt.

Coat the cauliflower evenly with the resulting mixture, transfer it to a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake in the preheated oven for about 45–50 minutes at 170–180 °C.
