Preparation method

Clean the mushrooms and finely chop the rosemary. Peel the shallots and cut them into wedges.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large, deep pan and lightly sauté the shallots (2 minutes is enough).

Add the cleaned mushrooms, rosemary, salt, and pepper, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes until soft.
